I recently used www.justanswer.com/pets and was very pleased with the answer/information I received. I received a response within 20 minutes from a professional which cost me only $9. I ocassionally contact my vet for advice or to ask a question and the answer is almost always "bring in your pet". This is a nice alternative for certain questions and/or advice.
