I have been going to this hospital for over 10 years, seeing Dr. Austin first, then for the last 2 years Dr Kevin Ashbran. I drive approximately 30 miles to see these doctors. I won't go anwyhere else...unless Dr.Ashbran leaves!

Dr.Austin was fantastic with my chows but he is a very busy man and sometimes I was unable to get weekend appointments with him in a timely manner which is how I found Dr. Ashbran.

He is FANTASTIC! Great bedside manner, did surgery and x-rays and all kinds of stuff for my chow during the last 2 years of her long 14 year life. I trust him completely and he takes care of my new akita rescue dog. I hope he never leaves the hospital but if he does I will follow him anywhere!

The staff is fantastic as well. I can't say enough about how great Newport Harbor Animal Hospital is!
